Even though they didn’t win the Champions League or the Spanish league, Barça is still thought of as the best club in the world, as expressed through the indisputable world number one, the Argentinean, Leo Messi. The team have now returned after their short summer break and in September and October will play at home against the historical Granada (September 23rd) and their eternal rival the Real Madrid of Cristiano Ronaldo (October 7th).
If these dates don’t suit you, remember that there is another big club in the city, RCD Espanyol, which also plays top-flight football during the same months in their stadium in the neighbouring town of Cornellà. Their rivals are Atlético de Madrid (September 30th), Rayo Vallecano (October 21st) and Málaga (October 28th).
